I lead human capital and organizational development functions for scaling, multi-market businesses across Saudi Arabia and Egypt, translating board-level strategy into organization design, total rewards architecture, and governance frameworks that hold up under growth. As Organizational Development Manager at Nice One, a SAR 1B+ regional e-commerce and beauty retail group, I lead the organizational development function behind rapid GCC expansion: enterprise-wide restructuring using span-of-control and layer analysis, a Total Rewards philosophy and grading architecture built from the ground up, and an HR Allowances Reference Framework governing 34 allowance types across all GCC operations, developed in direct partnership with the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. Previously, at ARASCO, a food-security enterprise of roughly 5,000 employees, I directed a Korn Ferry Hay job evaluation initiative, built the enterprise salary architecture, and authored a 200-page HR Policies & Procedures Manual that became the organization's operating backbone. My background spans both HR depth and financial rigor, starting my career in accounting before moving into human capital, which shapes how I approach every design decision: structures, pay models, and performance systems that hold up in front of a CFO, not only an HR committee. I carry this same discipline into an independent advisory practice, where I've built target operating models, governance frameworks, and pay-equity structures for family-owned groups across the GCC and Egypt, and into university lecturing in Business Administration at MUST, where I test these ideas with the next generation of business leaders.
